Returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
