Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about shipping, sizing, returns and your order.

We currently ship to the United States.

Standard tracked shipping is $9.95. It is free on every order over $80.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Our pieces are cut close to the body. Between sizes? Size up — or message us with your height and usual size and we'll advise. Coats are cut with room to layer, and shoes use European sizing with the US equivalent shown on each size.

You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Sign up to our list and enter WELCOME15 at checkout. It applies to your first order, once per customer.

Each piece ships directly from our production partners, so items from the same order can arrive separately.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
